Christine Murray (Jones) Kingman, 82, of Concord, passed away at Care Dimensions Hospice House in Lincoln on Saturday, August 27, 2022. She was the beloved wife for 51 years of the late Bradford Sumner Kingman, who died in 2012. Born in Kansas City, Missouri on September 1, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Catherine (Wittig) Jones. She attended Pembroke Hill Country Day School, and later earned an undergraduate degree from Smith College. During her professional life, Christine worked at Middlesex School in Concord as the Assistant Athletic Director and Field Hockey Coach. She embodied a lifelong devotion to her family, raising three sons and enjoying her grandchildren. A longtime member of Concord Country Club, Christine loved playing golf and tennis. Later in life at the Club, she cherished her close friends known as the "Pool Group". Christine was the dedicated mother of Philip Kingman and his wife Susan of Concord, Bradford Kingman and his wife Wendy of Freetown, and David Kingman and his wife Katelin of Riverside, RI. She was the proud grandmother of Jackson, Catherine, Briana and Sydney Kingman, and also leaves behind several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Steve Jones. Relatives and friends are invited to gather for visiting hours on Tuesday, September 6th from 5 to 8 pm at Dee Funeral Home, 27 Bedford Street, Concord Center. She will be laid to rest during a private burial service on Wednesday, September 7th at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery in Concord. A celebration of life will be held at a future date at Concord Country Club. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Christine's memory may be made to the Francis Ouimet Scholarship Fund , 300 Arnold Palmer Blvd, Norton, MA 02766.
