Cheryl A. (Foley) Welcome, of Concord, MA, died at Newton-Wellesley Hospital on February 20, 2025, at the age of 77.

She was born in Portland, Maine on May 9, 1947, the daughter of the late John and Elva (Maggs) Foley.

Cheryl grew up in Maine, graduated from Arlington High School and worked for the postal service, serving the Concord community for more than 20 years. She was deeply loved by many close friends, family and several lucky puppies.

She is survived by her son, Scott Welcome and his wife Tina, her grandsons, Mark and his wife Ambar and Jack, her great grandson Christian, her sister Suzanne Foley and several nieces. Cheryl was predeceased by her brother, Jack Foley.

Services and burial at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery in Concord are private.
