Brigitte Munyaburanga, of Concord, Massachusetts, passed away on August 31, 2025.

Brigitte was born in 1969 on the hill of Kalonge, Nyakariba Parish, Masisi Zone, North Kivu Province in the Democratic Republic of Congo. She attended primary school in Kalonge, continued her education at Lycée Kilimani, and later trained in tailoring at Lycée Chemchem, a skill she excelled in from childhood.

She established a successful tailoring workshop in Goma, later continuing her work in Rwanda and, after 1996, in the United States. Beyond her professional talent, Brigitte was known for her generosity, kindness, and selfless dedication to others. She shared her resources freely, cared deeply for her family and friends, and inspired many through her love for God.

In the United States, she studied ministry and supported church work in Masisi, with plans to devote herself fully to evangelism.

Brigitte is survived by her three children—two daughters and one son—along with her extended family and many friends who will remember her faith, warmth, and gentle spirit.

Her life was a blessing, and her memory will remain in our hearts forever.

Relatives and friends will gather for visiting hours at the Dee Funeral Home, 27 Bedford Street, Concord Center on Saturday, September 20th from 10 am until 12 pm.  Her funeral service will follow in the funeral home at 12 pm.  Burial at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery, Concord.
