Bojan Rip, age 43, passed away on April 20, 2021. Bojan was born in Sarajevo, Bosnia and stayed there until the war happened in the early 1990's. His family moved to Windsor, Canada where he exceeded in high school and then went to University of Waterloo for Electrical Engineering. He was always into computers, taking them apart and putting them back together. As a young child, there were many stories of him taking things apart. He was always curious as to what was inside and how things worked. He also loved playing guitar and played beautifully. At the University of Waterloo, Bojan had multiple internships which landed in his first job in Massachusetts at Unisphere. From there he moved around a few times but stayed in Massachusetts. His last job was at Bose, where he worked for over 12 years. With his love for music and electronics, it was a perfect fit. Bojan enjoyed community service and would look forward to community service days with Bose. He enjoyed painting and fixing up houses. Bojan loved to play tennis, ski, and all things car related. His main passion was his daughters, Sarah and Sophie. He adored them and would play with them all the time. Bojan was very family oriented and put family first before anything. He enjoyed travel, especially to Europe. For his 10th wedding anniversary he went to Portugal and loved it so much he went the next 2 years with the entire family. Travel was a very important part of his life. Returning to Europe always made him happy. He is survived by his wife, Tamara Rip, two daughters, Sarah and Sophie Rip, his parents, Branko and Rahel Rip, a brother, Mario Rip (Aurora), a sister, Blanka Rip, his parents in-law, Sally and Brian Levy, and a brother and sister-in-law, Daniel and Lorraine Levy. A private burial service will be held on Friday, April 23, 2021. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Jeff's Place , or a charity of your choice. Arrangements are under the care of Dee Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Concord.
