Anne M. (Lynch) Stoupakis, 71, of Groton, formerly of Waltham, died Thursday, December 24th at the Apple Valley Center in Ayer.
Born in Rockford, Illinois on February 20, 1944 she was the daughter of the late Robert G. Lynch and Hazel Bigham.
She grew up in Waltham and graduated from St. Mary's High School in 1963.
For several years, she had been employed at Digital Equipment Corporation in Maynard and Raytheon Corporation in Bedford.
Anne's true passion was art, and as a prolific and talented artist, she owned and operated a successful private business selling her personal artwork.
For nearly forty years, she was a Groton resident and a communicant at St. Catherine of Alexandria Parish in Westford.
Survivors include her sister, Therese M. Bigham of Marlborough, her brother, Robert E. Lynch of Waltham, her aunt, Mary Martha Bigham of Concord, and several cousins. She was the niece of the late Bradford W. Bigham of Concord, who died in March of 2015.
Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, December 31st at 10 am in St. Catherine of Alexandria Parish, 107 N. Main Street, Westford.
Burial will follow at St. Bernard's Cemetery, Concord.
