Alessandra M. Falcone, age 29, of Carlisle, died unexpectedly on Saturday, June 16, 2018. She leaves behind her devoted parents, Santi and Marisa (Primavera) Falcone of Carlisle, her two loving children, Luis Falcone-Marrero and Alexa Fleuriel, both of Carlisle, her brother, Dante I. Falcone and his wife Ellen of Maryland, and several extended family members and friends. Family and friends will gather for Alessandra's funeral Mass on Friday, June 22nd at 11 am in St. Irene Roman Catholic Church, 181 East Street, Carlisle. A period of visitation will be held at the church from 10 to 11 am. Burial will immediately follow the Mass at Green Cemetery in Carlisle. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Santi & Marisa Falcone, who are establishing a fund for Alessandra's two children. Arrangements are under the care of Dee Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Concord.
