Alan Joseph Cormier

March 21, 1964 — May 20, 2026

Alan Joseph Cormier, of Leominster, died suddenly on May 20, 2026 at the age of 62.

Born on March 21, 1964, Alan was a 1983 graduate of Concord-Carlisle High School, where he played football all four years. His creativity from an early age showed as he enjoyed spending time drawing, singing and tape-recording songs, as well as building models with his cousin, Michael.

Alan will be remembered as a family man and an adventurer. He loved skateboarding, downhill skiing, and held a special passion for surfing. He moved to Hawaii for a short time to “catch a wave.” He took immense joy from spending time with his family, especially his grandson. Some of his happiest moments were spent on several family vacations over the years, making memories with those he loved most.

He leaves behind his wife, Karen (McLaughlin) Cormier, his daughter, Nicole McLaughlin, his grandson, Dante, his mother, Joanne Cormier, and two siblings, Diane Cormier and David Cormier, along with two nephews, Joseph and Gabriel. Alan was predeceased by his father, Emery Cormier.
